Advancing the Nurse Profession
Through the Claire V. Cunningham Masonic Fund for Leadership in Nursing, the California Masonic Foundation is partnering with state organizations to elevate the quality of health care and reduce California’s critical nursing shortage. Cunningham scholarships provide generous funding for graduate level nurse leadership and academic training - the first step in advancing the field of nursing in all levels of practice.

By Your Side
Cancer is a lifelong battle for the person affected and his or her family. By Your Side is helping to bring the best nursing care to these individuals and families in California.

By Your Side provides funding for hundreds of California nurses to attain oncology certification. A single oncology certified nurse touches the lives of countless patients and their families. By putting more of theses nurses in hospitals, clinics, and medical centers throughout the state, we provide comfort and hope for thousands of patients and their loved ones.

Masons4Mitts
Masons4Mitts is a partnership between the Masons of California and the San Francisco Giants Community Fund flagship program, Junior Giants. Northern California Masons and Masonic lodges raise funds during the baseball season to provide mitts for this innovative baseball program that provides safety, health, and character-building skills for at-risk youth ages 5 to 18.  

Over the three-year span of the Masons4Mitts program, the fraternity’s donations have exceeded $115,000.
